No, we currently operate through our official online store propstation.shop, pop-up store, event bazaar, roadshows, corporate events and expo.
3. Can I Place An Order From Outside Singapore?
Unfortunately, we only deliver all orders within Singapore mailing address.
4. What Currency Do We Accept For Payment?
The default currency displayed on our website is in Singapore Dollar (SGD) - (S$).

6. Ever wondered what are SKU/Product codes?
SKU stands for Stock Keeping Unit and is pronounced as “skew”. It is a string of numbers and letters that uniquely identify a product as well as its colour.
Propstation uses SKUs / Item Code to identify and track products and even use it to check on your purchase orders!
7. Are Out-of-Stock Items Re-Stocked?
Yes, at this point in time, we usually replenish our stocks once they are sold out.

4. When Will My Card Be Charged?
If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order.
5. Why Is The Amount I Paid Different From The Amount Of My Order?
In any case, the amount paid is lower when, at the moment the order is dispatched, one or more of the items/articles is not available; the charged amount will correspond exclusively to the value of the items/articles that were effectively shipped. Usually if this happen, we will derectly contact and inform you of the payment status.
6. Why Is My Card Being Charged Twice When I Only Placed One Order?
Propstation Online Store guarantees that your credit/debit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order placed. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your bank statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order; the second confirms the actual charge of the payment order.

We deliver to orders islandwide within Singapore. All orders will be delivered to either your home or an alternative address stated during checkout. In checkout you can change the delivery address or add a new address.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns order are accepted if returned within 14 days of order received.

Simply fill out the Online Return Form HERE and submit to us. We will contact you upon confirmation. Please keep in mind, that the items you wish to make a return, ensure your item(s) does not fall under the non-returnable categories.
3. What's The Item Exchange Eligibility?
- Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same item ordered.
- Kindly indicate the new size and/or colour you'd like to exchange with in the return form.
- Exchanging for a different item is strictly not allowed unless it is a case to case basis and is approved by our quality check department.

3. Promotion & Discount Code Restrictions
Although we strive to ensure you can fully utilise your promotion code, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If you return an item which you have used a promotion code on, you will not get a replacement as promotion code are for one time use only.
