Managing Order
1. Order Confirmation
Upon checking out, you will be given your order number. At this point, the order is not confirmed yet as we need to first run security and finance checks. Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you. The order confirmation email notification contains:
- Your order number
- The order amount
- The number of item(s) ordered
- Your billing and delivery addresses

2. Change or Cancel An Order
Unfortunately, if you have received an email saying that your 'Order is On Its Way', we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests. Your package would have been handed over to the assigned delivery partner and we will not be able to make amendments.
3. Order Status Explanation
In the process of delivering your item to you, your package goes through a series of stages. Here's a quick guide to easily decode the delivery statuses you see when tracking your order.
STATUS | MEANING |
---|---|
Order Received | Order is getting confirmed at our warehouse |
Order Processing | Order is getting picked and packed |
Order Shipped | Order has been scheduled for delivery |
Order Out for Delivery | Order is on the way to you |
Order Delivered | Order is been delivered to you |
4. Out-of-Stock Items
4.1 Are Out-of-Stock Items Re-Stocked?
Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not usually replenish our stocks once they are sold out. As each designs are made in limited pieces by our local designer's. So grab them when you see them!
