What is Shipping?

  • Shipping refers to the date on which the order package has been pick-up by our delivery courier partner and leaves our warehouse to the distribution center.

What is Delivery?

  • Delivery refers to the date on which the order package is out for delivery and will arrive at customer's doorstep. However, this date is usually a general estimation since it’s uncontrollable by Propstation and can be delayed by unforeseen circumstances.

What is our Delivery Time?

  • Our standard delivery time is on Monday to Friday, between 10am - 10pm.

  • No one at home? No worries - we provide up to 1 FREE delivery attempts to ensure your parcels arrive safely in your hands. Alternatively, you can request for leave at door delivery when our delivery personnel contacts you.

Tracking An Order

Follow the steps below to track your order status:

  • Step 1: Enter the 'Order Number' and 'Email Address'
  • Step 2: Click 'Find Order' button
  • Step 3: A detailed order information will be displayed below
  • Can I make changes to my order items after I have received the order confirmation via email?
    Yes. If you will like to make changes to your order, please contact us via hello@propstation.shop. Items changed cannot be of the total lower amount value of the order amount place. If there is any top-up amount for your order, we will notify you to make payment.
  • When will I receive my tracking number?
    We will send your tracking number after your orders are processed and shipped out. The shipment notification email and mobile text message will include your order parcel tracking number.

    ** Note:
    Please ensure that you have provided us with a valid email address and mobile number.

Order Statuses Explained

Order Status Descriptions:

  • Order Confirmed - "Order Submitted"
    Once you have placed your order on Propstation and your credit/debit card has been authorized, your order status will appear as "Order Confirmed".
  • Order Processing - "In Progress"
    Once your order is confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will appear as "Order Processing". Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

    **Note:
    Once the order enters the "Order Processing" status, no changes, or cancellations of your order can be made. If your order is in the processing stage for more than a couple of days, please check your emails as we may have reached out to you to clarify some information in relation to your order.
  • Order Shipped - "Picked-Up by Delivery Carrier"
    Your order parcel has been handed over to our trusted delivery carrier and has left our warehouse. The order status will appear as "Order Shipped".

    **Note:
    Please note that it will take up to 2 business days to be received by our delivery carriers.
  • Arrived Sorting Hub - "Order is Scheduled for Delivery"
    Your order parcel has arrived at our delivery carrier sorting hub and has been scheduled for delivery.
  • Out For Delivery - "On Vehicle for Delivery"
    Your order parcel has been assigned and is currently on its way to your delivery address provided.
  • Successfully Delivered
    Your order parcel has been delivered and successfully received by the consignee.

    But what if your tracking status is showing as successfully delivered and you have not received your parcel?
    The first thing to do is contact our delivery carrier to find out if they have more information about the details of this delivery. The driver who completed the delivery may often be able to provide more specific information as to where your order parcel was left.

Additional Information

  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 - 48 hours period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods.
  • We work closely with our delivery partner to minimize any delays.
  • While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified delivery time frame.
